Land Development Overview

The Ei Land Development program is designed to monitor all activities related to sub-divisions and on-site wastewater disposal.

All of the tools needed to conduct assessments and inspections as well as to generate reports required by State, Province and Regional Health Authorities are provided.
The program is designed to gather information on separate components of an on-site system, to monitor plans and reviews submitted by approved installers or private citizens, to monitor maintenance programs and to share information with related agencies and/or stakeholders.

All the site assessment recording tools are provided including: percolation tests, soil evaluation tools, design standards and all of the associated letters of approval, denial, permits and invoicing for services.

Organizations can monitor the time from receiving a service request to response time, and track reasons for delay. As with all other HealthSpace Ei programs, staff time tracking is included.
